The roof replacement process started with Stephanie, an extremely knowledgeable sales professional, who guided us through every step in the process. The hardest part of the process was seeking to get insurance coverage from a very difficult insurance company. Rachel, Toby and others guided me through the process, by providing documentation and coming to my house at a moment’s notice to meet with the insurance adjustor. They also handled communication with the insurance company on my behalf. When it came time to actually do the roof replacement, Shawn and his team did an excellent job – on time, with the utmost quality, and with all remnants of the old roof removed from my property at the completion of the job. He returned to the door and informed me that no work was immediately needed & asked if I would like a re-inspection in the fall to stay ahead of any issues, as my roof is rather old. At no time was there any pressure sales tactics. So refreshing in this time of scams and sales for work that is not necessary.
Our conversation turned to the mole issue in my yard. He offered a recommendation and reached out after he left to give me the name & number of the individual to contact. That business is amazing as well!
That afternoon I received a report & photos of what the condition of the roof is currently and asking me to feel free to call with any questions.
