Frankie and Nolan in the Supplement Department worked hard going back and forth to make sure we were being treated fairly by our insurance company. It’s never pleasant to have a large home repair, but I can’t imagine it going any better than it has so far with At Your Service.
*Update- It's been a couple months since our new roof was installed. We appreciated the care the crew took with our home and property. The roof looks good and (most importantly) is doing it's job. Thanks again for a job well done. -

This company is wonderful! We were in desperate need of help the day Helene came through, our roof was leaking, as im sure many others in the area were, and these guys took the time to fit us in at the end of the day when they could have … More easily told me no. I spoke to Jeff when I called and Emmett showed up a few hours later with a tarp and ladder in hand and went right to covering the leaking area. What i didn't know till he left, was that the only road into our subdivision was closed because of downed power lines. He walk and good ways with that ladder to help us and we are forever thankful for that! He said we would figure out payment later and once it all dried out, we for sure needed a new roof. Jeff took care of everything with our insurance company and was able to quickly get our new roof on before winter. These are a great bunch of guys and I would highly recommend them!! Probably one of the best I have worked with!

I used my drone to inspect the work after they were done with the roof and gutters. This is embarrassing to say but I crashed my drone on the roof while I was getting a very close look at some of their handiwork near a chimney😬
They were so easy to work with that I felt comfortable asking them if they would send a guy out to grab the drone since they are on tall roofs like mine everyday. They actually did it 🤯
Bottom line is they are great roofing company to work with and do solid work. I highly recommend them. -

Jeff Ehrhard stayed in contact with me for over a year. He was extremely helpful and kept his word on estimates and made us feel very comfortable in choosing At Your Service. At Your Service Roofing just took off our old roof and put on a new one. Everybody we had contact with was very friendly and informative, from the beginning (inspecting our roof) to completion of the new roof. Everything on the quote … More was explained and questions answered. Roof was completed in one day and after they cleaned up, there was no evidence they were ever there, except for the wonderful new roof. Highly recommend At Your Service Roofing.
