Leadership: Chris Zimmerman, Heather Zimmerman, and Mark Faust
The Leadership team is responsible for creating, planning, and implementing the vision and direction of the company. Our Leadership Team develops strategies for adapting to market changes and disruptions while promoting a healthy culture inside the business based on Excellence, Respect, Community Involvement, and Teamwork. This group is constantly looking to the future while making sure the present never loses sight of what is most important, our customers and the quality of our work!
Office Administration: Terra Prather, Faith Golden
Office Administration is responsible for so much more than just Accounts Receivable, Customer Relations, Accounting and Payroll, Human Resources, and the like. Our Office Administrator is the heart and soul of our business. They are often our customer’s first impression. A caring voice and an eagerness to help. They are also the ones keeping all other divisions of the business running smoothly and coordinating all the behind-the-scenes tasks.
Estimating: Nolan Snyder, Frankie Merlo
Estimating also plays a crucial role in helping our customers navigate the insurance claim process, communicating with insurance companies, and working to get as accurate a scope of work approved when an insurance claim is warranted. Our estimators are constantly receiving training in estimating software, material and product changes, manufacturer’s installation specifications, and other changes in the industry.
Sales: John Hofmann, Michelle Hitchcock, Jeff Ehrhard, Jerry Uchtman, CJ Tassell, and Daniel Hunter
Our Sales Team is responsible for ensuring each and every customer has the best customer experience possible. Our team is trained on a simple principle; to inform our customers of the current state of their home’s exterior, to provide options, and explain the likely outcomes of those options. From there it is up to our customers to choose the best course of action for their personal and unique situations. Whether that’s a full replacement, minor repair, or often simply a clean bill of health. Our sales team is truly here to serve!
Field Team: Joby Uchtman, Jacob Bria, Emmett Rece
The Field Team is responsible for any on-site inspections. They are trained to observe and document anything from a lack of code compliance to wind and hail damages. From improper installation techniques, to leak hazards and repair needs. Without a full and detailed inspection of your property, a proper and accurate repair estimate can not be completed. This is why our Field Team is deployed to each and every job before our Sales Team meets with our customers.
Production: Brent Lowe, Shawn Felts, Chuck Kenser, and Nathan Oldiges,
The Production Team is responsible for all work performed by At Your Service Roofing. They are responsible for coordinating work between our customers and crews, ordering materials, and managing the job site. Our Production Manager and Site Managers oversee the completion of each job and are trained not only in proper build techniques and building codes but also in customer service and communication. Our Production Team has dozens of years of experience in the industry and is meticulous in their execution. Their training includes OHSA certification, specific training from Owens Corning, as well as continuing education on local building codes.
Creative/Marketing: Brandän Jones, Luke Hitchcock and Heather Zimmerman
Our Creative and Marketing Team is responsible for making sure the general public has a clear and accurate understanding of who we are and what we do. They handle our social media accounts, branding, and online presence. They develop and implement our strategies for reaching new markets and new customers. They also design our logo, marketing pieces, and just about everything else put in print or online here at At Your Service Roofing.
