The Leadership team is responsible for creating, planning, and implementing the vision and direction of the company. Our Leadership Team develops strategies for adapting to market changes and disruptions while promoting a healthy culture inside the business based on Excellence, Respect, Community Involvement, and Teamwork. This group is constantly looking to the future while making sure the present never loses sight of what is most important, our customers and the quality of our work!
Our Office Administration Team
Office Administration is responsible for so much more than just Accounts Receivable, Customer Relations, Accounting and Payroll, Human Resources, and the like. Our Office Administrator is the heart and soul of our business. They are often our customer’s first impression. A caring voice and an eagerness to help. They are also the ones keeping all other divisions of the business running smoothly and coordinating all the behind-the-scenes tasks.
Our Estimating Team
Estimating plays a crucial role in creating accurate scopes of work, proposals, and project plans. Our estimators are continually trained in estimating software, material and product changes, manufacturer installation specifications, and other evolving industry standards to help ensure every estimate is thorough, clear, and accurate.
Our Sales Team
Our Sales Team is responsible for ensuring each and every customer has the best customer experience possible. Our team is trained on a simple principle; to inform our customers of the current state of their home’s exterior, to provide options, and explain the likely outcomes of those options. From there it is up to our customers to choose the best course of action for their personal and unique situations. Whether that’s a full replacement, minor repair, or often simply a clean bill of health. Our sales team is truly here to serve!
Our Production Team
The Production Team is responsible for all work performed by At Your Service Roofing. They are responsible for coordinating work between our customers and crews, ordering materials, and managing the job site. Our Production Manager and Site Managers oversee the completion of each job and are trained not only in proper build techniques and building codes but also in customer service and communication. Our Production Team has dozens of years of experience in the industry and is meticulous in their execution. Their training includes OHSA certification, specific training from Owens Corning, as well as continuing education on local building codes.
